How Much Does Botox Cost in the Lake Norman Area? (2026 Pricing Guide)
In the Lake Norman area — Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Mooresville — Botox typically costs $12–$16 per unit in 2026. A first treatment usually uses 20–50 units, so most people pay $300–$700 per visit. Chapman Med Spa in Birkdale Village charges $15 per unit with a free consultation and free two-week follow-up included.
Ask five friends at Jetton Park what they pay for Botox and you'll get five different answers — partly because practices price differently, and partly because everyone needs a different number of units. Here's how the pricing actually works, so you can compare apples to apples.
Per-unit vs. per-area pricing: what's the difference?
Per-unit pricing (what we use) means you pay for exactly the amount of product injected — like paying for the gallons of gas you pump. Per-area pricing charges a flat fee "per zone" (forehead, crow's feet), which is simpler but often assumes the maximum dose. If you're a first-timer who needs 12 units, a $350 flat "forehead" fee is a bad deal.
When you call around — whether it's a franchise off Sam Furr Road or a boutique studio in Davidson — ask: "Is that per unit or per area, and how many units do you estimate for me?" That one question makes every quote comparable.
What do treatments actually cost here?
At $15/unit (Chapman Med Spa's rate), typical Lake Norman treatments:
| Treatment | Typical units | Estimated cost |
|---|---|---|
| Forehead lines | 10–20 | $150–$300 |
| Frown lines ("11s") | 20–25 | $300–$375 |
| Crow's feet | 10–15/side | $150–$225 |
| Brow lift | 4–8 | $60–$120 |
| Lip flip | 4–6 | $60–$90 |
| Full upper face | 40–60 | $600–$900 |
Plan on 3–4 visits per year to maintain results — that's the honest annual math ($900–$2,700/year depending on areas treated), and any injector who won't discuss it plainly is selling, not advising. Full details on our pricing page.
Why is some Botox suspiciously cheap?
When you see "$8/unit!" promos, one of three things is usually true: the product is over-diluted, the injector is inexperienced and building volume, or the low price is a hook that gets made up with upsells once you're in the chair. Your face is the last place to bargain-hunt. Mid-market pricing from a licensed, medically supervised injector is the sweet spot — you're paying for judgment, not just product.
What should be included in the price?
At minimum: a real consultation, the treatment itself, and a follow-up. At Chapman Med Spa every Botox treatment includes the free consultation, a personalized plan, the never-rushed appointment, and a free two-week follow-up with adjustments at no charge — the Natural Results Guarantee. If you're not happy at day 14, Kat fixes it. That's part of the price, not an add-on.
Frequently asked questions
How many units will I need?
First-timers commonly use 20–50 total units depending on areas treated and muscle strength. You'll get an exact estimate at your free consultation — before anything is injected.
Is cheaper Botox ever fine?
Occasionally — but verify who's injecting, what product it is, and what's included. If a deal can't answer those three, walk.
Do you charge for consultations or follow-ups?
No. Both are free at Chapman Med Spa, always.
